  • BRC and SQF Certified.

Senior Operations Leader/SVP/VP/COO
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 20+ years’ experience in Poultry/Pork industry.
  • Plant management and Industrial Engineering (multi plant/multi state).
  • 1st through further processing.
  • Budget management; Continuous Improvement in operational performance and efficiency (reducing overhead/increasing yields).
  • Focus on safety (personnel and product).
  • Production planning, scheduling, inventory control (fill rate and variance), purchasing, project management.
