Masters degree, fully bilingual (English/Spanish/Portuguese) and eleven plus years of experience in QA, Process Improvement, ISO9000, USDA, HACCP, SSOP, GMP’s, food safety, safety programs, counseling, scheduling, hiring/training, audits and inspections.


Candidate # 022006b       Title: Safety Supervisor/Manager
Degreed in Safety Management, Certified Associate Safety professional.  Experienced at a meat processing facility with 600+ employees.  Conducted Safety training, equipment specific lockout/tag out procedures, job hazard analysis, workplace safety inspections and liaison between plant and worker’s compensation insurance carrier.  Assisted with revision of safety programs and incident investigations.


Candidate # 022006c       Title: Purchasing Manager or Regional Sales Manager
Ten plus years of experience negotiating raw material needs (approximately 1.7 million pounds per month) and ground beef (approximately 5.4 million pounds per month), stocking, rotation and aging of over 80,000 boxes of steak raw material, daily deliveries and rotation of over 850,000 pounds of fresh and frozen ground beef raw materials per week.  Manage employees in receiving, core drilling and product storage.  Responsible for all claim issues.  Sets all weekly steak raw material costs.  Works closely with sales staff.  Seven years Regional Sales management experience responsible for retail and foodservice accounts in the beef and pork industries.

BS Degree in Microbiology and HACCP Certified with six years of experience in QA in meat processing facilities.  Responsible for the training and development of 20+ QA Technicians, update and revise plant SSOP and GMP’s, train employees in HACCP Principles, GMP’s and SOP’s, outside vendor audits.  Experience in poultry and hot dogs.
