BS in Food Science and Nutrition, HACCP Certified and has two plus years of supervision experience in quality assurance, inspection, policies and procedures, GMP’s, SSOP’s, training of quality assurance personnel, laboratory, testing, etc.  Also, experienced with SAP, SAS and very computer literate.


Candidate # 013106b       Title: Production Superintendent
Over ten years of supervisory experience with strong knowledge of USDA, food safety and HACCP guidelines.  Responsible for production, sanitation, shipping and receiving, procurement, quality control, inventories and staffing or production needs to meet customers demands or requirements – grinding, fresh or plate frozen products, cooking, separating and mechanically separated meats including turkey, pork, beef and chicken.
