HACCP Certification is a must. Responsible for writing procedures and policies regarding HACCP program. Experience at a kill, fresh/raw plant. Excellent communication skills verbally and written.

JO# 4034 Job Title: QA Manager Industry: Food (meat) Location: Southeast Education: Degree preferred Experience: Must have 3-5 years experience as QA Manager in RTE meats and Hot fill or liquid lines.

Job Order #4049 Job Title: Complex QA Manager Industry: Poultry Industry Education: Bachelor of Science in Food Science or related or related experience in lieu of degree Requirements are:  2+ years quality assurance management experience in the poultry industry preferably in a debone processing plant environment.  Must have experience in HACCP, auditing, inspections, pre-op, pest control, reducing NR’s, USDA, SOP’s, GMP’s, SSOP’s, Regulatory affairs, etc.  Must have excellent communication skills both orally and written and have strong customer communication skills.
